To the Lake Photos (2)

Before heading to Lake Winnipesaukee, Philip and I spent some time in Boston. Between residing in Virginia and Washington D.C., I spent some time living in Boston, and I adored it. It was an achy two years of questioning my next career move and pointless romantic incidents, but the time was surely filled with fond memories and friendships. 

On our last two visits, Philip and I found ourselves creating the tradition of him acquiring a straight razor shave and haircut in a high end barber shop in South Boston with me at an adjacent salon, pampering myself with a mani/pedi treatment. We made sure to find ourselves there again and then bounced around town with coffees in hand. It was so lovely to just have the day to ourselves with nowhere important to go.
